Why do we use Bamboo Towelling?

We chose the high quality and sustainable woven bamboo mainly because of its absorbency, absorbing 60% more moisture and dries 20% quicker than traditional cotton towelling whilst offering a soft silky texture for comfort. Bamboo is also anti-bacterial by nature, even after 100 wash cycles. As a material, it has fantastic environmental credentials, able to be cultivated naturally without pesticides and absorbing 35% more carbon dioxide than equivalent fibres. Bamboo was a win-win.

Are all your products British made?

Its important to us that all our products are handmade by us, in our Northamptonshire factory. We're proud to not only source the best quality materials but also have an incredibly talented team of machinists to bring them to life. It means we can not only innovate consistently but also guarantee that everything we send out with the Nash name on it, is to our high standards. 

Are Nash drying products safe to machine wash and tumble dry?

Check the individual product care instructions. However, all of our bamboo drying products are machine washable at 30 C. We recommend a gentle wash cycle and not to use bleach or fabric softeners. Tumble dried on low/medium heat. Bamboo towelling is naturally antibacterial, so there is less need to wash as frequently as cotton towelling. 

How do I know the correct coat size for my dog?

Each product page has a size chart & measuring guide. For drying coats, the simple process will explain how to measure your dog's topline. The top line measurement is the measurement along their back, from the shoulder blades to the top of the tail. If your dog's measurements fall in between sizes, we advise you to go up a size. If you are still unsure regarding sizes, please contact the team, who will be happy to help.

What are the benefits of using twin layers of towelling?

Twin layers of bamboo towelling are super absorbent, breathable and comfortable. Moisture absorbed by the inner layer is transferred to the outer layer by the body heat generated. This allows the coat to absorb significantly more moisture from the dogs coat whilst remaining dry and warm on the dog. 

Can the drying coats also be used as cooling coats?

Yes! Keep your dog cool in hot weather by first soaking the coat in cold water. The super absorbant bamboo towelling slowly releases moisture to cool hot dogs and moderate their body temperature as the water slowly evaporates.

United Kingdom

Standard Delivery: Free on orders over £50 (£4.95 for orders under £50). Please allow up to 5-7 working days. Some of our items are handmade to order. However, we do our best to get every order out to our customers as quickly as possible. Please note it takes our couriers 2 extra days to deliver to the Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and the Scottish Highlands & Islands.

Europe

Standard Delivery:  £19.95. Free Delivery on orders £100 & over. Please allow up to 2-6 working days. Some of our items are handmade to order, however, we do our best to get every order out to our customers as quickly as possible.

USA

Standard Delivery:  £32.95. Please allow up to 7-14 working days. Some of our items are handmade to order. However, we do our best to get every order out to our customers as quickly as possible.

Rest of the World

Standard Delivery:  £39.95. Please allow up to 9 working days. Some of our items are handmade to order. However, we do our best to get every order out to our customers as quickly as possible.

Delivering to your address

Please supply a delivery address where there will be someone to sign for your parcel. If nobody is in when the courier calls, they will leave a card. You can collect your goods from your local branch or arrange a redelivery. For UK orders, we use DPD Local. Tracking details will be sent to your email and mobile if a number is supplied on the order. If you have a problem with a delivery or with goods damaged in transit, email us at info@nashdog.co

Customs and Duties

International NASH orders are sent delivered duty paid.

Returns

Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your NASH purchase which is why we offer a 28-day return or exchange policy if you aren't satisfied, unless that item has been personalised. Please note that returned goods must be unused & unwashed. To deal with your return quickly, all returns must be marked as RETURNED GOODS and include your name, order number and reason for return. We will credit the card we have on file for you or your PayPal account, and this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds. If you have any questions, please contact info@nashdog.co.

Can personalised products be returned?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalised items. Please note that once a personalised item has been made and supplied to you as a custom-made item, you do not have the right to return it if it is unsuitable. You do not have the right to return your item if you have provided the incorrect details. Please be sure of suitability before purchasing. To cancel your personalised order, you must notify us within 24 hours post-purchase.

What do I do if the item is the wrong size?

For UK customers please return it to us within 28 days. For International customers please return it to us within 14 days.  Returned goods must be unused & unwashed. 

Exchanges- if you would like to exchange for a different size, please include details with your return or contact us at info@nashdog.co.

Returns- if you would like your order refunded, please contact us at info@nashdog.co.  Goods will be refunded by the method you used to pay for your order. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.

What do I do if an item is faulty when delivered?

While we make every effort to make sure every product leaving us is perfect, they are handmade & on rare occassion there may be a mistake. Please return it to us with an explanation of the fault, your name and order number.

Once we receive the goods:-
1. If you request a refund we will refund you by the method used to pay for the order (this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds) for the goods and postage.
2. If you requested a replacement we will despatch this to you within 4 working days.

Who is responsible for postage on returned items?

If you return something due to incorrect size or unsuitability, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. If you return something due to it being faulty we will refund the postage costs. We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.

How quickly will returns be processed?

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible but this may take up to 7 working days. If you have not received your exchange or refund within 10 days please contact info@nashdog.co
